Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the event that you decide you are not satisfied and would like a refund, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase and let us know you’d like a refund.
However, in the following events, you will NOT be eligible for a refund, even if you are within your first 30 days:
The reason that you cannot get a refund in the scenarios listed above is because we have invested hours of our time editing your application or providing you with personal coaching to help you succeed. It is unfair if you use our services and then promptly ask for a refund.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by ExamsPM. If you just downloaded the ExamsPM’s PMP training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of this returns policy is to give people the chance to try the course, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material or take advantage of our services.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Duty To Read
I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this sales agreement and disclosure policy, and have done so before I made any purchases. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
