Instructor-led PMP® & CAPM® Classes
For our live instructor-led PMP® or CAPM® prep classes conducted over zoom (or another video conferencing software), there are NO refunds. If you cannot attend the class you registered for, we can reschedule you into a different class.
We DO NOT offer any refunds for any live training classes.
PMP® & CAPM® Exam Prep Program
If you did not pass your PMP® or CAPM® exam within 6 weeks after registration, you must scan your test scores from the Project Management Institute (PMI) indicating that you did not pass your exam to support@examspm.com within 3 months.
In order to be eligible for the refund, you must have:
- Completed all lectures in ExamsPM’s Exam Prep course and received your certificate of completion
- Attempted your exam within 6 weeks after registration and did not pass
- Submit your exam scores and request for a refund within 5 business days after your exam
If you do not email your test scores from PMI to support@examspm.com or if you have not attempted your exam within 6 weeks, you will NOT be eligible for a refund – no exceptions.
When requesting for a refund, please attach your certificate of completion and your test scores from PMI.
Other Online Courses
By default, all of our online courses have a refund period of 3 days, provided that you have not viewed more than 10% of our course materials and have not downloaded any of the materials.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by ExamsPM.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Duty To Read
I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this sales agreement and disclosure policy, and have done so before I made any purchases. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
