Returns Policy


Instructor-led PMP & CAPM Classes

For our live instructor-led PMP or CAPM prep classes conducted over zoom (or another video conferencing software), there are NO refunds. If you cannot attend the class you registered for, we can reschedule you into a different class.

We DO NOT offer any refunds for any live training classes.

PMP & CAPM Exam Prep Program

If you did not pass your PMP or CAPM exam within 6 weeks after registration, you must scan your test scores from the Project Management Institute (PMI) indicating that you did not pass your exam to support@examspm.com within 3 months.

In order to be eligible for the refund, you must have:  

  • Completed all lectures in ExamsPM’s Exam Prep course and received your certificate of completion
  • Attempted your exam within 6 weeks after registration and did not pass
  • Submit your exam scores and request for a refund within 5 business days after your exam

If you do not email your test scores from PMI to support@examspm.com or if you have not attempted your exam within 6 weeks, you will NOT be eligible for a refund – no exceptions.

When requesting for a refund, please attach your certificate of completion and your test scores from PMI.

Other Online Courses

By default, all of our online courses have a refund period of 3 days, provided that you have not viewed more than 10% of our course materials and have not downloaded any of the materials.


All refunds are discretionary as determined by ExamsPM.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Duty To Read

I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this sales agreement and disclosure policy, and have done so before I made any purchases. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
